Nuestra America Magazine was first published in California on May 5, 1993 honoring the great late labor leader Cesar Chavez. Since then Nuestra America has aimed to provide our readers with objective journalistic analysis of the news events, happening from Aztlan to the Patagonia. Opinions expressed by journalists and writers that go beyond the views published in the conventional media that is subjected to censorship serving the dominant ideology or commercial or private interests. Nuestra America welcomes collaborations from writers, poets, journalists, playwrights, and those wishing to have a space to express their social, economic, religion and culture views of Nuestra America.
